As of September 2, Alaska’s top-four primary is certified and Massachusetts has completed its September 1 primary. New Hampshire votes September 8, Rhode Island September 9, and Delaware September 15. Oklahoma and South Carolina completed their August 25 runoffs. The tracker does not infer a nominee from polling, endorsements or party registration.

Candidate positions are summarized in plain language from campaign statements, official records and reputable reporting. The comparison is designed to show what a candidate says or has supported—not to score whether a position is good or bad.
No position is inferred solely from party affiliation. “Other confirmed candidates” are candidates currently shown as general-election ballot candidates in the source used for this review. “Declared candidacies” are kept separate when ballot status has not yet been confirmed.

- Candidate positions: campaign sites, legislative/voting records and reputable news organizations.
- Alaska’s August 18 top-four primary is certified; David B. Leslie withdrew and Gerald L. Heikes moved into the November field.
- Unresolved primaries and runoffs remain unresolved until a nomination is called or certified.
